I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Missouri and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Kansas. I graduated from the University of Missouri-Kansas City with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and from Avila University with a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology with a concentration in children and adolescents.

I work with children, adolescents, and their families on a variety of concerns, such as anxiety, depression, stress, and life changes.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Client-Centered Play Therapy.

Starting therapy can be intimidating and scary, but I create a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for all clients. I am here to support and guide you on your journey but believe you are the expert of your own life. I hope to help my clients become the best versions of themselves and to process thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may be hindering this.

  • I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield - Kansas City and United Healthcare.

  • Private pay 50 minute individual sessions are $130 per session.
